Wednesday, July 1
Village of Newcastle
12:30 pm

Join in the festivities by Decorating your house or lawn.

As Canada Day could not happen this year in its usual form, the Canada Day Committee has decided to do a drive past.  There will be cars, tractors, trucks, vintage vehicles, and motorcycles Tour.  The idea is that everyone stays in their front yard – so no gathering – and waves as the entourage goes past.

The first vehicle will be a Canada Day float with a painting on it by an artist from RONA and the other side will have  an artists work from A Gift of Art.  The following car will have Mayor Adrian Foster in it.

People wanting to get involved can contact gallery@agiftof-art.com or phone 905-987-2264.

The Tour (it is NOT a parade) will start at 12:30 noon and finish when it ends – It starts and ends at Diane Hamre Recreation Complex – 1780 Rudell Rd., Newcastle
